The SELF LOVE SKILLS course is not therapy, so it is perfect if you are not yet ready for a Transformation Therapy Intensive, or are already working with another therapist.

This course is a self-guided 6-week program that supports you in making the changes you desire, without needing 1 on 1 support. Many, but not all, of the elements in the program overlap with what my 1 to 1 therapy clients receive in my direct services.
